Chiikawa x Big Bang: Design Breakdown
It's time for one trio to meet another! Chrome Star Clothing has crafted Chiikawa-themed Big Bang vector designs as well as original artwork featuring a mashup of the two worlds! Based on Kpop band, Bigbang, we've blended their most recent single 'BiiiG' with the main three; Chiikawa (Taeyang), Usagi (G-Dragon) and Hachiware (Daesung). Each character is blended together based on hair-color and ironically (sort of) personality.
You might notice a few fun easter eggs such as "Chiisai" (小さい) in the place of "Big" referring to the origin of Chiikawa's name (Small little thing). Like the title of 'BiiiG', we replaced it with "Chiiisai" as a play on both references.
Recently, we've been watching a lot of Big Bang content and noticed that G-Dragon has picked up the habit of saying "Geoje Yaho~!" in reference to a fan impersonation of him. Usagi is well-known for saying "yaha!" in agreement or excitement which is when we started drawing parallels between the two. This resulted in us adding the additional text next to Usagi/G-Dragon. We just couldn't resist the coincidence.

image trace feature for vectorizing our drawing and 3D elements
